Blogmas Day 7: High End Holiday Makeup

It seems like there's a certain signature look that comes to life during the holiday season. Red lips, golden cheek bones, and a deep smokey eye. Tonight I want to quickly share my top products for creating that classic Christmas look!

Makeup Forever Artist Palette Volume 1 -Nudes  $44

This sleek palette is made up of a unique mix of shimmering cool and gold tones, with a couple mattes thrown into the mix. The matte black in this palette, OH MY GOSH. It's so good! I truly believe that in order to achieve a fierce smokey eye, you need a blendable black. So, my apologies to the super intense, opaque black shadows out there, I'd rather have a blendable one! Smoke your crease out and pop the gold on with a little fix+ (tip: use your finger instead of a brush!) and you'll have a quick, beautiful, christmas party worthy smokey eye.

Smashbox Legendary Lipstick in Get Fired $21

I'm a huge fan of the Smashbox lipsticks for a few reasons, but mostly because they are so comfortable on the lips. This lipstick will keep your lips moisturized throughout all your holiday festivities, plus it's the perfect shade of Santa's suit red!

Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eye Liner in Intense Black $22

If you've been around here for some time now, you've probably heard all about this cult favorite! This eye liner is my ultimate go to for a long lasting, true black liner. The felt tip applies the matte black shade with precision and allows the perfect flick for a wing. Laugh until you cry this Christmas! Your eye liner won't run with this one!

Too Faced Better than Sex Mascara in Carbon Black $23

Another cult favorite among beauty lovers everywhere! When I think of a glamorous christmas look I immediately think of long, thick eyelashes. This mascara will do the trick without falsies!

MAC Mineralize Skin Finish in Soft and Gentle $33

This classic highlight is my #1 golden glow of choice, by far! Dust this beauty all over your cheek bones and you'll shine as bright as the stars on Christmas eve. I love pairing this highlight with a cream underneath, such as Colourpop's lunch money!
